Returns & Refund Policy

At VapeSmiths, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returning items related to our vape products.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to initiate a return request. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified 14-day period. Failure to do so may result in a delay or rejection of your refund. We cannot accept responsibility for items returned without prior contact or authorization from our team, which may lead to damage or loss during the return process.

Once your return is authorized, our returns team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. We allow 30 days from the receipt of this email for the goods to arrive back at our warehouse. After this time, refunds are subject to our discretion. Items returned outside of this time frame or without prior agreement may be refused and returned to the sender, potentially incurring an additional charge from the courier. Please note that we will process the refund only after the returned item has been accepted and processed by our warehouse.

Return Shipping

When returning an item, please ensure it does not contain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For products requiring batteries, ensure that the batteries are properly disconnected.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. We suggest using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within 3-7 working days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Exchanges, Gifts, and Sale Items

  • Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
