1. Eligibility & Earning Points
- You must create a free VAPESMITHS account to earn and redeem loyalty points.
- Points collection starts from the date you create your account—previous purchases do not count.
- Earn 1 point for every £20 spent on any purchase made in-store or online.
- Bonus points can be earned through sign-ups, social media follows, reviews, and referrals.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. How to Redeem Points
- Points can be redeemed at any time with no minimum redemption required.
- 1 point = £1 off your order.
- Redeemable both in-store and online at checkout.
- Orders canceled after using points will not have those points reinstated.
3. Loyalty Point Expiration
- Points expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed.
4. General Terms
- Loyalty points cannot be used with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
