  • The points collection starts from the date you create a VAPESMITHS account.
  • Points are earned on all purchases made on our website or in-store.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • VAPESMITHS reserves the right to alter or cancel the loyalty program, including terms and conditions, at any time.
  • Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

How to Redeem Points

  • Redeem your points against any order.
  • Orders cancelled after using points will not have those points reinstated.
  • Maximum redemption: 400 points per order.

Loyalty Point Expiration

Points will expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed.
